Job Purpose :
The General Manager will be the driving force behind CycleZone Powersports. They are responsible for the operation of the store, taking care of customers, driving sales, managing staff, and creating a great work environment for all team members. The right person looking to advance their career will be highly compensated in salary and commission.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Directly oversees the Sales department (2-3 Salesman)
- Parts manager
- Service manager
- Oversees Inventory utilization and proper accounting of inventory.
Reviews all major unit orders
Annual wage increases based upon merit
2-3 manufacturer’s trade shows annually.
Financial review of state of the store
