Sales Crew Member

We excel in providing exceptional consumer services and sales support for various local brands and clients in your communities. The main objective of Sales Crew Members is to grow and develop new and existing business opportunities for our clients by delivering exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to overturn objections and convert business.

Due to recent growth opportunities in Tampa and Southwest Florida, we are now looking to expand our Sales Crew Member team! We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our Sales Crew Member position.

Sales Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Utilizes a client-generated leads list and speaks directly with eligible consumers to educate and inform them of effective telecommunications solutions
• Trains one-on-one with the Account Managers to fully comprehend our consumer support and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process
• Builds long-lasting relationships with consumers to develop brand loyalty and provide valued consumers with essential communication tools
• Keeps detailed records of all consumer interactions and follows all privacy requirements
• Attends daily team meetings and actively contributes ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers

Sales Crew Member Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in a customer or client-facing position that involves consumer services, customer support, or sales in some capacity
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or another related field is preferred, but not required
• Patient demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and effective follow-through
• An individual who is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, grow in a new opportunity, and is driven to succeed
• Must be genuinely excited to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Someone with a competitive spirit to be able to contribute to our team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
