- Lonestar Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager / AP / Receptionist to join our team!
- Must have extensive ADP Workforce Software experience
- Must be able to handle fast paced environment
- Payroll / HR duties :
- Maintain and monitor employee timesheets using ADP Workforce
- Record departmental hours such as overtime and report to Administrator and Supervisors as appropriate
- Process changes to employment data such as new hires and terminations
- Prepare biweekly payroll for processing
- Enter vacation requests and maintain accurate balance of PTO earned for each eligible employee
- Develop and conduct new hire orientation for new employees
- Complete new hire paperwork on all new employees
- Obtain appropriate log-ins for direct care staff
- Monitor licensing of all staff and ensure all licenses remain in active status
- Assist department supervisors with informing staff of current policies and procedures
- Accounts Payable duties :
- Review all payables invoices and process for timely payment
- Obtain W9s and set up new vendors
- Contact vendors with any billing issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Receptionist duties :
- Answer phones and screen incoming visitors if needed
