We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator and Personal Assistant. You will be assisting two busy executives in the secondary education business, based on both coasts, in planning, coordinating, executing, and following up on various company initiatives, meetings, events, travels, and social media activities.
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Hours: 2 days per week, 8 hours per day
Rate: $20/hour, paid biweekly
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage company meetings and events
• Assist with the organization and execution of company initiatives
• Manage executive travel arrangements and itineraries
• Oversee social media activity and content creation across multiple platforms
• Maintain and manage personal calendars, including scheduling and conflict resolution
• Communicate with high school and university staff, professors, attorneys, accountants, parents, students, and other educational organizations and nonprofits
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or senior in college
• Ability to work legally in the US
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with social media platforms and tools
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
