Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communication between all departments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Education and Experience:
