SUMMARY
The Office & Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Office and Human Resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Answer telephones and take messages as appropriate
- Ensure clients, vendors, employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner
- Update greeting messages for phone & building to reflect holidays & closures
- Create and distribute weekly newsletters
- Open/Close the office everyday
- Coordinate catering for meetings, training sessions and other company events as requested
- Assist with printing and scanning plans/documents
- Order and maintain office/kitchen/printing/department supplies
- Assist with coordination of scheduling vendors (maintenance, suppliers, etc.)
- Manage Events/Quarterly Meetings
- Prepare Quarterly Meeting Agendas
- Coordinate anniversary/jacket awards
- Facilitate/Track Quarterly Activity points/awards
- Coordinate Events (Birthdays, Fun Days)
- Support and coordinate recruitment events and efforts
- Maintain up to date and accurate job descriptions
- Manage and Coordinate Internship Program
- Coordinate Onboarding, Orientation and Offboarding of employees
- Maintain employee files
- Assist employees with Company Benefits
- Organizing the scheduling of employee reviews (60-day, quarterly reviews)
- Manage correspondence for Workers Compensation
- Assist with Employee Handbook updates
- Receive Employee complaints
- Maintain internal employee portal (Bamboo)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication skills with all level of employees within an organization, both oral and written skills along with outside organizations
- Self-starter & has the ability to work interdependently within a team environment
- Must be able to meet deadlines and respond professionally to changing work assignments and priorities
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must be flexible to changes in work assignments on short notice and/or on a daily basis as changes occur in project needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
