Accountant/Bookkeeper
Location: Maryland Heights, MO, 63043
Job Summary
The Accountant/Bookkeeper assists the VP of Finance with accounts payable and receivable as well as general accounting for the organization.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the company.
- Processes payables and receivables, including accurate determinations of customer reimbursement.
- Documents financial transaction details and monitors the transactions.
- Prepares and files financial documents.
- Fact-checking accounting data.
- Reconciles company accounts.
- Assists with processing payroll and tracking payroll data.
- And other appropriate duties.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field, or education and/or experience equivalent to the knowledge obtained with a degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
