Job Title: 2nd Shift Group Leader
This is an on-site role in Muscatine, IA. Relocation is available for this position.
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team in Muscatine, IA, where you'll enjoy competitive compensation starting between $70-80k 5,200/yr shift differential and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize team efforts to deliver KPIs
- Lead MDI discussion with team and ensure visual management is relevant
- Work with team on daily staffing requirements and manage changes
- Monitor progress to goals and communicate gaps
- Daily 5S and safety walks
- Partner with MCR for issues/concerns
- Partner with internal customers to achieve daily delivery/quality
- 8D investigations to drive root cause for quality concerns
- Complete other standard work as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Organizational/Business Management, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of direct labor supervision in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or customer service, with lean manufacturing experience strongly preferred
