What We Need :
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to focus on talent acquisition including mid-career and campus recruiting and coordination of internship and early career development programs.This position combines program management, member coaching and mentorship, recruiting and relationship-building, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent to meet both immediate and long-term organizational needs.
What You Will Do :
Campus Recruitment & Internship Program Management
- Manage the full internship program lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, program engagement, and post-internship opportunities.
- Execute campus recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and timelines.This includes collaboration with a cross-functional campus recruiting team.
