What We Need :
We are looking for individuals to join our Early Career Development Program (ECDP) in Talent Acquisition. This position is located in Muscatine, IA and will begin in June 2025.
Our ECDP is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various talent acquisition functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, and direct exposure to leadership. We also provide opportunities to develop relationships through cross-functional team projects, networking, and community involvement. Our ECDP members are a key source of future talent for entry-level talent acquisition careers.
