This position is located in Muscatine, IA and will begin in June 2025.
Our ECDP is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various talent acquisition functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, and direct exposure to leadership. We also provide opportunities to develop relationships through cross-functional team projects, networking, and community involvement. Our ECDP members are a key source of future talent for entry-level talent acquisition careers. Program Highlights :
