We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our busy team!
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, with a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, attention to detail and forward thinking. Must have the ability to shift priorities as necessary, take directions, follow procedures and ask questions. Must be able to work independently, but function within a team environment.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Set up and follow through of work orders and assisting with scheduling.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Complete proposals using Excel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years working in as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, in particular Excel and Word.
- Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and team member.
- Must have the ability to exercise professional discretion.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with plans and drawings helpful but not required.

Our Garden and property Maintenance departments services more than 650 clients along the Suncoast. The Garden Center is a full-service retail center opened Monday-Saturday.
