DAS Project Manager

We are hiring for a DAS Project Manager to oversee the design, deployment, and integration of public safety and cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in the Arizona market. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in DAS deployments, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality wireless solutions that meet regulatory and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of public safety and cellular DAS projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Work closely with RF engineers and field teams to ensure proper system design, installation, and optimization of ERRCS (Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems) and commercial DAS solutions.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all installations comply with NFPA, IFC, FCC regulations, AHJ requirements, and carrier specifications.
• Conduct site walks, oversee installation teams, and ensure adherence to project plans and performance standards.
• Collaborate with DAS equipment manufacturers (CommScope, Corning, JMA, SOLiD, Comba, Fiplex, and Nextivity, etc.), general contractors, and carriers to streamline deployments.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and project close-out documentation.

• Required Qualifications:5 years of experience managing public safety and cellular DAS deployment projects
• Expertise in DAS design and optimization, including experience with iBwave, fiber optics, RF testing, and OEM-specific solutions.
• Strong project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Understanding of ERRCS design, NFPA 72/1221, IFC 510, and local permitting requirements.
• Ability to travel throughout Arizona/customer region as much as 100% of the time. Possibility to travel out of state to other customer locations as much as 100% of the time.
• Clean background, DMV record, and valid Driver's License

• Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:Experience with AHJ coordination, grid testing, and public safety DAS certifications.
• Certifications such as iBwave Level 1/2, PMP, FCC GROL, NICET, or manufacturer-specific certifications.

• Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $90-100K per year, depending on experience (Exempt)
