Our Low Voltage Technologies Group is experiencing rapid growth in the data center construction space and has secured contracts all over the country from internationally known companies.
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals to plan and supervise crews working on projects. This includes setting expectations and removing any roadblocks that may impede team success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Represent the Customer
- Establish Clear Expectations
- Prepare Pre-Construction Documents
- Ensure Accurate Paperwork Submission
- Provide Weekly Updates and Schedules
- Conduct Job Site Inspections
- Manage Materials and Equipment Delivery
- Document Project Change Orders
- Track Project Progress with Smartsheets
Secondary Responsibilities
- Develop and Strengthen Customer Relationships
- Understand Invoicing Requirements
- Complete Project Closeout Documentation
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Familiarity with Structured Cabling Systems
- Experience Splicing Fiber Optic Cables
- Able to Perform Optical Continuity Testing
- Skilled in Daily Equipment Maintenance
- Familiarity with Fusion Splicing Equipment
- Knowledge of Universal Communications Color Codes
- Proficient in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office
- BICSI Technician Certification a Plus
Basic Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Telecommunications
- Polished Professional Image and Communication Skills
- Strong Team Player with Desire to Succeed
- Ability to Work at Elevations and in Confined Spaces
- Meet Company Driving Standards
- BICSI Certified as a Technician
