Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of an EHR application across a large organization.
- Develop project documentation, including business case workbooks, project charters, schedules, biennial operating plans, amendments, and requirements gathering.
- Coordinate with business owners, IT teams, and vendors to manage application and data migration efforts.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for system implementation and optimization.
- Act as a liaison between business users and vendors, ensuring the timely provision of necessary information.
- Research, plan, and develop strategies for data conversion, migration, and implementation.
- Manage project risks, issues, and contingency planning to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead regular project meetings, provide status updates, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Facilitate workflow analysis, system design, and development while aligning with software engineering practices.
