Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned technology-related projects from initiation through completion.
- Ensure project tasks and deliverables align with development processes, quality standards, security protocols, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and lead Client and contractor project teams in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Review, manage, and validate deliverables against expectations, quality guidelines, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, work plans, resource requirements, and cost projections.
- Ensure project teams understand and adhere to project standards and resolve any quality issues.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, leadership, and vendors.
- Monitor and assess third-party vendor and contractor performance.
- Document detailed system and business requirements to support IT solution development.
- Conduct business process mapping and reengineering to identify efficiencies and technology-driven improvements.
- Assist in writing solicitation documents including RFIs, RFOs, and SOWs.
