Key Responsibilities
- Data Migration & Legacy System Integration (60%)
- Lead the migration from legacy systems to modern SaaS-based solutions.
- Develop scripts to extract data from Oracle Cerner Millennium using CCL and HL7 format.
- Perform data assessment, cleansing, transformation, and mapping.
- Ensure accuracy, compatibility, and integrity of migrated data.
- Testing & Quality Assurance (20%)
- Develop and execute unit test scripts and test scenarios.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
- Follow established software development and testing standards.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting (10%)
- Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and leadership.
- Use ticketing systems for issue tracking and collaboration.
- Create and deliver clear documentation and presentations on migration status and technical challenges.
- Post-Migration Support & Training (5%)
- Provide user support and training on the new SaaS solution.
- Develop system documentation and recommend optimization strategies.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to enhance usability.
- Compliance & Auditing (5%)
