Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily management of incoming and outgoing mail and shipment.
- Answering and transferring phone calls.
- Maintain accurate filing system, retrieving and updating documents.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Manage the online fleet management system in place.
- Distribute documents, prepare reports, manage travel arrangements.
- Retrieve and copy monthly credit card receipts. Prepare documents for reconciliation.
- Operating office machines like copiers and scanners.
- Respond timely to inquiries from clients and internal staff.
- Supporting a team focused mentality that helps to motivate and develop employees to be successful in their role.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
1 year experience working within a similar role (different industry is acceptable)
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to sit for prolonged period of times, with small amounts of bending, stretching, and lifting
Physical hand dexterity and full range of motion for operation of basic office machines
Speaks fluent English
Good attendance
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Some physical labor may be required, i.e. occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., working in tight spaces, climb ladders, etc.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus
Follows all necessary safety measure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
