We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Royal Engineered Composites. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the operations group, including maintaining customer relations, analyzing root causes of operational malfunctions, and handling escalated production issues.
You will work closely with sales and production to maintain and update forecasted orders to meet demand, recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and track and monitor product and report to customer or operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a royal forklift certification and be proficient in Excel.
