What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kayaking Class Instructor/Host - Contract position at Hoamsy?
Note: This role is paid at a variable rate where you walk away with 75% of event sales - we will discuss this in detail if you're shortlisted for an interview.
We’re looking for an adventurous person to host outdoor experiences where they take people out kayaking on the water.
Hoamsy is a platform for local creators to offer unique things to do within their local communities. From cooking workshops to art and craft workshops, outdoor trips and so much more.
Each experience on Hoamsy is hosted by locals, for locals. We’re looking for someone who wants to play a key role by hosting immersive experiences. We will provide all the tools you need to succeed as a Hoamsy host.
Each workshop is typically 2 hours long and requires arriving 30-40 minutes early.
You will:
Take people out kayaking on the water
Host guests and provide an interactive kayaking experience.
Address any questions as needed by Guests during an experience.
Share more about your experience on the water.
You are:
Experienced with kayaking.
A strong communicator
Passionate about guiding people through experiences on the water
Atleast 21 years old

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
