As a Co-Manager, you will :
- Play an active role in the store’s processes and procedures to consistently achieve and surpass financial targets.
- Inspire and guide your team with passion, prioritizing high standards while demonstrating empathy.
- Implement daily, weekly, and yearly merchandising plans for our seasonal departments.
Starting salary range : $62,000 to $69,000 plus annual bonuses.
