Working directly with the General Manager, the Co- Managers are the restaurants first in command. This includes managing the daily operations, team building, coaching, and developing.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Co- Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Restaurant Co- Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, kitchen management, and inventory control
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and supervise employees
- Culinary background or knowledge is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
