Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Available August - May
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Provide high-quality care for toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Engage students in various subjects including math, physical education, and early intervention strategies.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and progress.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.
Qualifications
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is essential; prior experience in private schools is a plus.
- Strong skills in tutoring and providing individualized instruction to support diverse learning needs.
- Knowledge of early intervention techniques to support children with developmental challenges.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
Interviews will be held in April and employment will begin full time August 2025.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
