We are seeking a Friendly, Dependable, and Energetic Chiropractic Assistant, office manager to be able to grow with the practice, with great clerical and customer service oriented skills. Medical Billing Experience Preferred but not required or Previous Chiropractic Office Experience also preferred. Commercial health insurance & Auto insurance precertification experience and auto billing also preferred.
This is an active job role that requires you to be on your feet 10 plus hours for shifts assisting with patient care. This is not a desk job role. Ability to think fast on your feet is required as you will be assisting with patient therapies and charging/checking patients in and out. You will also be assigned a clerical role like making copies.
Our office days are Tuesday, Thursday (10:30-8pm) and Saturday 8:30-2). We may stay later or start earlier depending on patient care/flow for that particular day therefore you must be flexible to accommodate the shift as necessary. These clinical hours are about 27 hours per week and are set hours. The rest of the 40 hours per week will be non-clinical hours, when the office manager would be expected to verify insurances, as well as other paperwork and organizational tasks as assigned.
You will be working one on one with the Doctor helping assist with all needs of patient care. The Doctor is a sole practitioner and is looking for a supportive and extremely dependable staff member. This is not a multi physician facility.
The right team member must be able to think creatively and to be able to problem solve, work efficiently and have strong organizational skills.
Must be fully engaged in the unique environment and clientele of a health care setting, as well as interacting with the doctor and complying with health care rules.

- Maintain total confidentiality of personal and financial data (HIPAA compliance)
