Job Overview:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the spa. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, managing client appointments, and maintaining a positive and professional image of the spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about services and treatments.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing and client records.
- Assist with checking clients in and out, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in the upkeep of the spa’s appearance, including inventory management for office supplies and retail items.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the spa team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a med spa, salon, or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional client service.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with spa management software and basic office equipment is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
Compensation:
This is an hourly position. Hourly pay is non-negotiable.
