RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster a proactive, customer-centric sales approach by identifying and delivering innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.

Cultivate and maintain influential, long-term relationships with clients through consultative sales, exceptional communication, and understanding of customers unique challenges and comprehensive business requirements.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while growing existing accounts, utilizing face-to-face engagements to enhance visibility and deepen trust.

Meet and exceed territory sales and gross margin goals by leveraging personal expertise, information resources, and employing advanced sales strategies using Salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, communications, or related field is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales/new business development experience is required.

Industrial, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.

Willingness to travel by car, air, or other conveyances for client meetings, with overnight travel required.

Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce or related CRM tools for lead generation and account management.

Willingness and ability to work in a drug-free workplace as part of our Drug Free Safety Program.

Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a 7-year criminal background screen.
Work Location: Cypress, TX regional office, managing the Houston/West market, with opportunities for remote work.
Job Type: Full-time; Exempt
Salary: Base commission, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
