BOATYARD YARD CREW MEMBER - FULL TIME (SOUTHPORT)
Are you looking for a hands-on, physically active job in the marine industry? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Boatyard Yard Crew Member to join our team! This role is essential in keeping our boatyard running smoothly, assisting with vessel handling, maintenance, and general yard operations.
Responsibilities:
Haul, launch, block, and move boats using boatyard equipment

Pressure wash and clean hulls for maintenance and repairs

Assist with bottom painting, sanding, and basic boat maintenance

Maintain a clean and organized boatyard and work area

Operate forklifts, travel lifts, and other heavy equipment (training provided if necessary)

Assist technicians and craftsmen as needed in various boat repair and maintenance tasks

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for equipment use and boat handling
Qualifications:
Experience working in a boatyard or marine environment (preferred, but not required)

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

Basic knowledge of boat handling and marine maintenance (a plus)

Willingness to learn and take direction

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
