**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a passion for nurturing their growth and development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters learning and exploration. **Duties:** - Plan and implement engaging lessons that align with our curriculum and promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children aged 2-5 years. - Create lesson plans and adapt them to meet the needs of individual children, including those with special needs. - Manage the classroom environment to ensure a safe, organized, and inclusive space for all children. - Provide individualized attention and care to children, including diapering, feeding, and toileting. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. - Support children's social and emotional development by modeling positive behaviors, encouraging empathy, and promoting conflict resolution. - Monitor and record children's progress and achievements. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. **Requirements:** - Experience in childcare or preschool education, including infant care and toddler care. - A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum and child development theories. - Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a calm and organized environment. - Ability to provide individualized care and attention to children. - Familiarity with childcare and preschool regulations. - A commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with families. - A passion for learning and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
