The Equipment Sales Coordinator plays a key role in our operation. The Equipment Sales Coordinator works closely with the Sales team, focusing mainly on managing schedules and the distribution of sales documentation.

- Order Quoting: Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients and process product orders.
- Order Processing: Create and send customer invoices for new equipment, including trucks, specialty equipment, and batteries. Assist the parts and service teams with month-end invoicing.
- Customer Support: Monitor and respond to online and telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Effective Communication: Build strong, trustworthy relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure all parts meet high standards for quality and safety.
- Teamwork: Support sales and service teams through approved methods of customer communication, including cold calling and electronic correspondence.
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Equipment Sales Coordinator must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.
Education/Experience:
Required:
- High School diploma, GED or continuing education
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
- Previous customer service experience
Preferred:
- College degree and/or continuing education
- Previous experience in telecommunications sales
- Experience with various software programs
