Hodgies Too is a small, family-owned ice cream stand that opened in Salisbury in 1992, Newburyport in 2017, and Stratham in 2022. We feature our own homemade ice creams, which are made daily on the premises.

Hodgies Too Ice Cream is searching for a full-time year round store manager! At Hodgies Too, we love our ice cream and we love people! We offer walk up service, online ordering, and delivery!

The store manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations. This includes purchasing & receiving and inventory management. They will play a key leadership role in a growing ice cream stand, leading a team of scoopers, and working closely with the Back of the House Manager/Ice Cream Makers, and the owners with a constant focus on serving the best ice cream around with top-notch customer service, in a clean and food safe environment!

The candidate will bring positive, upbeat energy, be team- and customer-focused, self-motivated, and have a passion for achieving results.

The qualified Store Manager candidate:

• Has management experience or equivalent (2 years)
• Has customer service experience (3 years)
• Has experience driving sales and managing labor (2 years)
• Has a strong work ethic, great judgement, and an open mind
• Is energetic, with a positive attitude and is willing to receive feedback
• Leads by example and can role up their sleeves with the team in a fast-paced environment
• Is organized and an excellent problem solver
• Remains calm under pressure and adversity and navigates the team through busy and difficult times
• Is willing to accept unexpected challenges
• Is committed to the well-being of the business, team, and community

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
