Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred plus attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate & Finance team in our Buffalo office. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of, and support related to, commercial real estate and financial transactional closings, including complex purchases and finances. The role also involves the review of due diligence materials in connection with survey and title orders and assisting attorneys with the review and negotiation of title insurance for commercial real estate transactions and renewable energy projects. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business, liberal arts, or some other closely-related field, commercial real estate experience is desired, but we are also willing to train someone who is interested, curious, and has a willingness to learn.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Rochester is $58,000 to $71,200. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
