Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred plus attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our busy Litigation team in the Rochester office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex commercial cases and assist the firm’s business litigation attorneys with case management including drafting pleadings, discovery (both paper and electronic), trial preparation and participation at trial. Experience must include at least one e-discovery/document review platform such as Relativity, Summation, or Concordance. This is a hands-on role, suitable for a team member who can work independently, excels at organization, time management and attention to detail. Professional customer service skills are essential to meet the needs of an external and internal client base. Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, with three years of full-time experience as a business litigation paralegal. We would also train a recent college graduate with an interest in litigation and willingness to learn.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Rochester is $58,000 to $71,200. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
