Your Mission

How You Will Make a Difference
- Plan and design experiments to address specific project goals and challenges.
- Perform rigorous testing and trials in the laboratory, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
- Accurately document and analyze experimental data to generate actionable insights.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure project alignment.
- Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to create detailed reports and effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as statistical analysis, geometry, trigonometry, and practical applications of ratios and percentages.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical instructions and translate them into actionable steps.
- Hands-on experience with designing and building laboratory test equipment and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and electrical motor controls.
- Adaptability to dynamic project priorities and fast-paced timelines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.
