Sales Trainer
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to develop, implement, and deliver training programs. This role requires an understanding of sales strategies, customer service, and industry trends to ensure our sales teams achieve success.
We are a local family-owned company with over 600 employees and have been serving the Capital Region for almost 60 years. Our business continues to grow as we add more car washes throughout the region.

What you would be doing:
- Create engaging and informative sales script and content, updating as needed to remain effective.
- Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to maximize sales and meet changing needs and promotions.
- Coach team members 1:1 in car wash locations and in groups.
- Analyze data provide feedback to management team.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to team members and all levels of management.
- Create and deliver monthly on-boarding and sales focused training to new hires.
- Deliver effective and informative training sessions.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure sales excellence.
What we are looking for:
- College level coursework in business, human resources, education, training& development or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
- Prior 1:1 coaching and group training or facilitation experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze training needs and develop potential solutions.
- Proficient with Microsoft office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Pro-active; willingness to learn.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work and deliver trainings evenings and weekends as needed.
