Summary :

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex systems. You will oversee system integration, manage projects, and ensure the reliability and performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and triage for issues received via email and / or telephone.
• Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including VMware hosts and virtual machines.
• Support and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, and SQL Servers.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including security, servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Develop and deploy desktop solutions and patching via Microsoft InTune. This includes automated software installations, scripting, and reviewing hardware standards.
• Serve as technical lead on server, infrastructure, data integration, automation, and process improvement projects.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Ensure adherence to change management processes and procedures.
• Utilize ITSM tools to manage incidents, problems, and changes.
• Provide expert knowledge in the O365 suite to support the business and stakeholders.
• Implement security protocols and disaster recovery plans, and ensure backups, failover, and system reliability best practices are in place.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs, including vendors and contractors to coordinate projects and upgrades.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance and support to the IT team.
• Report to the IT Operations manager and act as their backup when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and best practices.
