Overview : The Director, IT Infrastructure Engagement is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the IT Towers of Network, Telecommunications, Infrastructure (including Cloud), End User Computing (EUC), and Field Operations. This position is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery and support of infrastructure services that meet the business objectives of Tempo and align with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with the Tempo customer. The Director will work extensively with the Director, IT Clinical Engagement to ensure coordinated and successful account delivery, driving improvements in operational efficiency, service delivery, and infrastructure optimization.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Lead the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
Oversee day-to-day operations of Network, Telecom, Infrastructure (including Cloud), EUC, and Field Operations, ensuring all systems and services are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Provide leadership and direction to infrastructure managers and teams, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Ensure that SLAs for all infrastructure services are published, met, and continuously monitored for compliance.
Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring that infrastructure services are delivered to the highest standards.
Provide on-call support and on-site emergency response as needed.
Required Education & Experience :
8-10 years of demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure, including network, telecom, cloud, EUC, and field operations.
Travel : Must be able to travel up to 25% or as required.
