Perennial Care Specialist
Pay rate: From $25 - $27/hour depending on experience
Position located in Wilton, CT
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Hoffman Landscapes, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for a Perennial Care Specialist position. The Perennial Care Specialist will work with homeowners of distinctive properties throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties. All candidates are required to be self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. You will need strong knowledge of perennials and annuals.

Perennial Care Specialist
Pay rate: From $25 - $27/hour depending on experience

Hoffman Landscapes, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for a Perennial Care Specialist position. The Perennial Care Specialist will work with homeowners of distinctive properties throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Responsibilities
- Designing and planting containers/pots for each season throughout the year.
- Planter/garden maintenance
- Monitoring health of all plants/perennials (staking when needed, cutting out dead, etc)
- Weeding of beds if needed while visiting a property
- Basic pruning
- Mulching
- Small plant installation
- Proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of perennial/annual plant care and maintenance
- Ability to identify plant diseases, pests, and other common issues
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Attention to detail and a passion for plant care
