We are seeking Landscape Maintenance employees to join our team! Both Crew Leader and Front-line Landscaper positions are available. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and fertilizing plants. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as potentially irregular hours. Crew members are also expected to provide job site cleanup as part of daily activities. Crew Leaders will oversee small teams of staff performing the below responsibilities but should be prepared to work alongside crews as needed.

Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
* Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to ensure a neat appearance.
* Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscape designs, and mulching as needed.
* Remove weeds and unwanted plants to maintain the health and appearance of landscapes.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
* Assist in landscape construction projects as needed.
* Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
* Knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and irrigation systems.

* Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
