We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Team Lead in St. Louis. This key leadership role is ideal for a passionate and skilled individual. As Team Lead, you will have the rewarding responsibility of mentoring and coaching a team of 7-8 customer experience professionals.
In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities of assisting customers over the phone, you will empower and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll also collaborate closely with fellow team leaders, dispatch, and department managers to achieve both departmental and company-wide goals.

Qualifications:
- Prior Call Center experience required.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating, mentoring, and helping others achieve their full potential.
- Solid understanding of Customer Service Representative procedures and proficiency with relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
