Responsibilities of the Glazier position:

· Execute precise measurement, cutting, and installation of diverse glass products

· Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for glazing tasks

· Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to ensure meticulous execution and adherence to safety standards

· Handle, install, and repair glass in various settings, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

· Proactively troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges while prioritizing safety protocols

· Perform on-site installations and repairs with minimal supervision

· Maintain a a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency

· Collaborate with project managers, homeowners, and fellow tradespeople to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction

Requirements of the Glazier position:

· 2 years of hands-on experience as a Glazier, ideally in both commercial and residential environments

o NOTE: We are also open to training individuals who exhibit a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for the trade, and a keen focus on safety.

· Demonstrated commitment to safety with a responsible work approach

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings

· Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship and quality

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

· Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

· Comfortable lifting heavy objects such as glass panels and working at heights and in various weather conditions, always prioritizing safety

· Ability to accurately read a tape measure

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· High school diploma or equivalent
