Sales and Service Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team at Hoffman's Exterminating Co Inc. as a Sales and Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be trained as a technician and salesperson, eventually transitioning into a straight sales role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage and complete scheduled site inspections/sales leads, striving to perform work during initial visits when possible. They will also prescribe necessary treatments to resolve pest issues, explain additional services offered by Hoffman's, and propose these services whenever feasible and ethical.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and detailed completion of proposals, graphs, illustrations, state forms, and other necessary documents in compliance with Hoffman's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain precise data entry, posting, uploading, and computer processing related to work activities.
• Attend and actively participate in networking events, community events, and partnership events.
