Table Cover Operator – Day Shift (6 AM–6 PM)

Pay & Schedule:
- Shift: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Starting Pay: $19.50/hour (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Yearly attendance and anniversary bonuses
- 11 paid holidays per year
- 112 vacation hours annually (accruing at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period)
- 24 hours of sick time annually (prorated in the year of hire)

- Load parent rolls onto the machine
- Make basic machine adjustments (speed, length, wind-up, ruffling, folding)
- Safely clear machine jams
- Monitor product quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment
- Report material usage and labor data
- Ensure all safety devices are functional before operation
- Follow GMP and SQF guidelines; report any food safety issues
- Train and support team members as needed
- Week 1: Work Monday–Tuesday, Off Wednesday–Thursday, Work Friday–Saturday–Sunday
- Week 2: Off Monday–Tuesday, Work Wednesday–Thursday, Off Friday–Saturday–Sunday
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Factory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate machinery (e.g., table skirt, form fill & seal, carton labeler)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines
