- Schedule: A Shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (12-hour shift)
- Starting Pay: $19.50/hour
- Pay Increase: Additional $0.50/hour after 6 months
- 112 Vacation Hours Annually

As a Material Handler, you’ll keep production running by safely delivering raw materials to work centers and moving finished products to their correct locations. If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and staying active on the job—this role is for you!
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, roll clamps, and related equipment
- Move, track, and store raw materials, finished goods, and waste
- Complete daily equipment checklists
- Use radio frequency devices for accurate product transfers
- Report inventory discrepancies to Inventory Control
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks (bowls, plates, napkins, etc.)
- Change out LP tanks and check batteries
- Keep the area clean (sweeping, removing debris, trash)
- Load/unload trucks (scrap, skids, table covers)
- Follow GMP and SQF safety protocols and report concerns
- Train and assist other team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to learn forklift and clamp operation (training provided!)
- Ability to perform basic math
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Factory experience is a plus—but not required!
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience with a Forklift or warehouse
