Warehouse Forklift Operator – Night Shift

Pay: $19.50 based on experience

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Night Shift (12-hour shifts)

We’re hiring a Night Shift Forklift Operator to help keep our production floor running efficiently by handling materials, collecting scrap, and supporting key workstations.

Night Shift Pay & Perks

• Everyone working night shift earns:
• $1/hour shift differential → $20.50/hour
• 40 bonus vacation hours per year
• Overtime every other week at $30.75/hour
• Estimated annual earnings: Up to $49,036, plus
• Bonus vacation value: $820
• Total compensation up to $49,856/year
  
  

2-2-3 Schedule Example

• Week 1: Work Mon–Tue, off Wed–Thu, work Fri–Sat–Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon–Tue, work Wed–Thu, off Fri–Sat–Sun
• Work only 14 days per month with every other weekend off!
  
  

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and handle materials
• Load scrap trailers, monitor balers and wastewater
• Collect and replace totes, bins, and Gaylord containers
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Report maintenance issues and work with multiple departments
  
  

Qualifications

• Factory experience preferred (not required)
• 1 Year of forklift experience
• Experience with sit-down forklifts, walkie-riders, reach-lifts, etc.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-traffic production environment
