Position Title Assistant / Associate Director of Enrollment Management Position Number 897191 Position Category Administration School / Division School of Law Department Full-Time or Part-Time Full-Time Description Reporting to the Associate Dean and Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management, the Assistant / Associate Director works closely with the entire enrollment team and both current and prospective student populations. This role serves as a public representative of Hofstra Law School to key constituents nationwide and assists in managing the admissions process.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Coordinates reports for admissions, the Hofstra University community, and external accreditation agencies.
- Manages all electronic correspondence with prospective and current students regarding admissions.
- Attends information and educational programs related to admissions.
- Serves as a liaison between the law school and campus offices, including Information Technology, Development, Student Accounts, Student Employment, and Residential Life, on admissions-related matters.
- Manages the law school’s social media networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Evaluates admission files for an applicant pool of over 2,500 candidates.
- Recruits transfer, international LL.M., and J.D. students.
- Attends seasonal evening and weekend events as required.
- Travels domestically and occasionally internationally for recruitment and admissions events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
