Our pub is not just a place to enjoy food and drink—it's an authentic Irish experience steeped in history and hospitality. Many of the furnishings and antiques that adorn our space made the journey across the Atlantic from Ireland in 2012, bringing with them the spirit and charm of the Emerald Isle.

Originally opened in Cape Canaveral in 2012, Hogan's Irish Bar quickly became a beloved local spot. We were thrilled to reopen in Cocoa Village in May 2022, allowing us to once again share our family’s heritage with the community. Owned and operated by the Hogan Family from County Mayo, Ireland, we take pride in offering more than just Irish pub fare. Here, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of imported stouts and ales, fine Irish whiskeys, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable.

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bartenders/Servers to join our team. As a Bartender/Server at Hogan’s Irish Pub, you’ll be the face of our pub, providing excellent customer service while creating a welcoming environment for our patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Irish culture, a deep appreciation for good food and drinks, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take and serve food and drink orders promptly and accurately.

- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including Irish beers, whiskeys, and cocktails.

- Provide recommendations on menu items and drinks to enhance the guest experience.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.

- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

- Assist with restocking and inventory management.

- Support the team during peak hours, including nights and weekends.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Contribute to the positive, lively atmosphere of Hogan’s by engaging with customers and promoting special events or promotions.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced environment preferred.

- Knowledge of Irish culture, drinks, and cuisine is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
