Our pub is not just a place to enjoy food and drink—it's an authentic Irish experience steeped in history and hospitality. Many of the furnishings and antiques that adorn our space made the journey across the Atlantic from Ireland in 2012, bringing with them the spirit and charm of the Emerald Isle.

Originally opened in Cape Canaveral in 2012, Hogan's Irish Bar quickly became a beloved local spot. We were thrilled to reopen in Cocoa Village in May 2022, allowing us to once again share our family’s heritage with the community. Owned and operated by the Hogan Family County Mayo, Ireland, we take pride in offerin more than just Irish pub fare. Here, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of imported stouts and ales, fine Irish whiskeys, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable kitchen staff to help us deliver exceptional food to our guests. As part of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, learn new skills, and be part of a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to Hogan’s standards.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines.

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team.

- Ensure that all dishes are prepared with consistency and high quality.

- Handle food items appropriately, ensuring food safety and freshness.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- A positive attitude and a passion for food and hospitality.
