Job Summary
The Application Support Analyst's role is to deliver support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives with a primary focus on the Enrich software and related products. This includes providing expert support in troubleshooting applications and software for all end-users. The Application Support Analyst is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house software applications including training programs and related courseware.
THIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE IN ST. LOUIS, MO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide expert-level trouble shooting support to end-users tailored to the unique needs of the transportation sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring optimal performance in transportation operations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing applications.
Develop training materials and documentation specific to transportation workflows, promoting effective use of application features.
Actively participate in incident management related to application issues, ensuring timely resolution, and minimizing impact on transportation operations.
Implement best practices for incident response, contributing to the continuous improvement of incident management processes within the transportation sector.
Review and analyze project requests related to supported applications within the transportation infrastructure, collaborating with teams to assess feasibility and resource requirements.
Contribute expertise on supported application projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transportation operations.
Interface with third-party vendors involved with supported applications and their continued development.
Ensure timely delivery of services, evaluate vendor performance, and provide feedback to improv Collaborate with vendors on application development projects, managing relationships to enhance collaboration and streamline communication.
Track key dates and communicate with end-users concerning the maintenance and upgrade to supported applications.
Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of articles and documentation for supported applications.
Continuously update the knowledge base to address emerging challenges and changes in supported and related applications within the transportation industry.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 years Enrich experience preferred
Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
Extensive application support experience within IBM iSeries platform
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; including the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels?
Exceptional skills related to problem solving, critical thinking, and risk-weighted analysis
Dedication to delivering outstanding service - commitment to deliver outcomes in an ambiguous environment
