**Duties:**
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of teenagers under care by maintaining constant supervision during scheduled activities, outings, and free time.
- Monitor and organize activities to promote socialization and skills building.
- Implement behavior management techniques to support individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care.
- Assist teenagers provide academic guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their educational goals.
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as required.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with youth with challenging behaviors with is preferred.
- Proficient in patient care techniques, including monitoring, prompting, redirecting, and behavior management.
- Flexible, patient, structured demeanor when providing care.
- Knowledge of caregiving principles and practices.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
