About the Role :

We are seeking an Overnight Adolescent Direct Care Worker to join our North Georgia Angel House Inc. team in Canton, GA. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adolescents and contribute to our mission of providing a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk youth. The candidate must be able to make decisions autonomously and with excellent judgment and personal boundaries. The position is 11 pm - 9 am.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor adolescent residents during overnight hours by making 15-minute checks throughout the shift
• Implement and enforce house rules and policies
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed
• Document and report any incidents or behavioral concerns
• Assist with daily living activities and chores
